Required Trainings by Departmental Role

Roles within Columbia’s financial systems determine how you will use these systems to perform your work. When you submit a Financial Systems Security Application (FSSA) via ServiceNow, certain roles require completion of specific web-based training courses before access is granted.

These courses provide an overview of processes, policies, and financial transactions, and may include a Knowledge Assessment (requiring a passing grade of 90% within three attempts) or a Training Acknowledgement.

Trainings completed for previous roles do not need to be retaken.
